C1840. A large and impressive walnut bed, with quarter veneered panel end and carved frieze to the head board. Remnants of printed silk covering. Attributed to Hindley and Sons. Matress size aprox 195 x 155cm

By repute this bed came from the 1938 sale of Witley court where  Hindley and sons was employed to furnish various parts in the 19th century.
