A 19th century centre table attributed to Holland and Sons

An  early Victorian centre table featuring a solid slate top, attributed to the renowned cabinetmakers Holland & Sons, circa 1835. Crafted from rich mahogany, the table boasts a robust octagonal column leading to a finely carved quadriform base with elegant bun feet. The smooth slate surface offers both practicality and a striking visual contrast against the warm timber, ideal for hallways, libraries, or as a statement occasional table.

Holland & Sons were one of the most prestigious English furniture makers of the 19th century, celebrated for their superior craftsmanship and association with royal and aristocratic commissions. This antique table exemplifies their refined aesthetic and attention to detail, making it a fine addition for collectors of antique furniture, period interiors, or lovers of Regency and Victorian design.

A rare opportunity to own a piece of 19th-century English furniture history.
